The low-cost airline Ryanair has signed a partnership agreement with the Erasmus Student Network which promises to offer discounts of 15% to young people who come to this program to buy their tickets on their page by Internet.
The agreement will also allow members of the association to check a suitcase for free with each reserved flight and offer weekly offers to facilitate travel around the Old Continent. Discounts and free invoicing of a package will be available from September.
An exclusive travel booking portal for Erasmus university students will also be enabled, which is required to belong to the advantages announced on Tuesday, and a forum to share suggestions and advice on the routes. Ryanair applies a 15% discount to the Erasmus students .
The Erasmus network, with 30 years of history, allows young university students from all over Europe to study in a different city for a year, facilitating cultural and academic exchanges and the opportunity to learn a language in one of the 37 acceding countries. More than three million students have benefited from the Erasmus program since its launch.
