All ages of people are enthralled by the ice park that has been set up in King Tomislav Square. Although there are many things to do in Zagreb over the holiday season, this one might be the most popular.

Tomislav Square, a normally calm park, is transformed into a sizable ice skating rink throughout the winter holidays. You are surrounded by a stunning display of sparkling lights as you slide around and around the ice rink. Christmas carols are playing while the aromas of freshly made food and mulled wine fill the air. Numerous charming wooden cottages that serve warm beverages, regional fare, and authentic Croatian desserts may be found nearby.

All 220 of the plane trees are lit up, and the walking paths through the park are lined with a lot of quaint wooden homes. Each one offers its own distinctive traditional Croatian specialties, including locally produced crafts, one-of-a-kind Christmas ornaments, gourmet cuisines, wines, and sweet treats.

In the centre of the park, there is an antique musical pavilion where a cultural event is held every evening. This includes choirs performing traditional Christmas carols, musical performances, folk dances, children’s performances, and much more.
