During the sweltering summer, visit Lake Vrana<\/strong> or one of the numerous sandy beaches that surround the island. It’s quite lovely and a great place to unwind. Oh, and don’t forget to spend some time wandering Cres Town’s cobblestone streets as well. It is quite lovely, especially with the addition of the Municipal Loggia and the Venetian Tower.<\/p>\n

In Kvarner Bay, Rab Island is a true jewel.<\/strong> Most notably, this island paradise is well-known for its many silky beaches, which are truly uncommon in Croatia. Rab is a true highlight because to its stunning natural attractions as well, including the lovely Geopark, the impressive mountain scenery with the Kamenjak viewpoint, and the numerous hidden natural bays. Rab Old Town, which experts regard to be one of Croatia’s most significant historical treasures, is one of the most lovely spots to visit on the island.<\/p>\n

Only ferries from Stinica to Misnjak or from Krk Island to Lopar may take you to Rab Island. But from the coastal resorts, there are also passenger ferries.<\/p>\n

On Rab, the island is home to a number of fantastic resorts. The largest and most populated are Lopar in the north, Banjol and Rab town on the west coast.<\/p>\n

A traditional cake with almonds and Maraschino liqueur with a 12-century-old original recipe is called Rabska Torta.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A passenger boat runs from Rijeka to both Cres and Mali Lo\u0161inj. Several daily ferry shuttles connect Merag, on Cres Island to Valbiska, on Krk Island. You can then drive down to Lo\u0161inj.<\/p>\n
