The Valamar Collection Kesselspitze Hotel<\/h1>\n

…is categorized as a 5-star hotel and features 66 rooms, a chalet for eight people, a restaurant, pool, and wellness facilities. Its location is excellent, right next to the ski lift with direct ski-in\/out access to the slopes.<\/p>\n

Kesselspitze<\/a> is the third hotel managed by Valamar in Austria, following the previous acquisition of Valamar Obertauern in 2018 and Hotel Marietta in November 2021.<\/p>\n

Perfect location<\/h3>\n

Kesselspitze Valamar Collection Hotel<\/a> is located next to the Schaidberg and Achenrain<\/strong> ski lifts. The interior combines modern design with traditional Austrian style. In the public area next to the bar, there is a large open fireplace where guests can enjoy “jause”<\/strong> in the afternoons, which usually consists of small snacks, soup, and Prosecco<\/strong>. The Balance spa center, located on the ground floor, offers wellness facilities such as an indoor pool, several saunas, and an outdoor whirlpool with a stunning view of the snowy landscape of Obertauern<\/a>. Additionally, massage and cosmetic treatments are available, as well as a digital game room. The staff is mostly from Croatia, coming from other Valamar hotels on the Adriatic coast and are very friendly and professional.<\/p>\n

\"igraonica\"<\/p>\n

All rooms at Kesselspitze Valamar Collection Hotel are equipped with wooden furniture and have a seating area and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have a balcony or French balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and iPads can be borrowed for free at the reception. The rooms are very comfortable and provide everything you need. Sunscreen creams can be found in the bathrooms. The beds have high mattresses and are comfortable to sleep in. The hotel offers rooms,<\/a> junior suites, and a chalet for eight people as a separate building directly next to the hotel.<\/p>\n

The hotel has a restaurant specializing in Tyrolean and Salzburg specialties. Dinner consists of four courses plus dessert, cheese, or fruit from a rich buffet. Every morning, there is a feast of food, colors, and flavors for breakfast. The offer is very wide, from fruit to eggs prepared in any way the chef chooses in front of guests. Ski equipment rental and skiing lessons can be arranged directly on-site, and a horse-drawn carriage ride can be reserved at the reception.<\/p>\n

\"Obertauern\"<\/p>\n

Kesselspitze Valamar Collection Hotel<\/a> offers free transportation to the village center. The hotel also offers luggage storage and a relaxing seating area for guests, meaning guests can ski after checking out in the morning and return to the hotel to collect their belongings. The rooms are thoroughly disinfected between guests to ensure a healthy and safe environment. The hotel is one of the best in Obertauern<\/a> and the region, and guests are very satisfied with the offer, returning every year.<\/p>\n

This was my first stay at this comfortable hotel, and I hope to return. I highly recommend it, especially for families with children and skiers who like to be first on the ski lift.<\/p>\n
