The brain child of team Atrium and team Gumball 3000, it brought together 11 renowned names from the global street art scene. For the first time in their careers\u2019 <strong>Shepard Fairey, Felipe Pantone, Tristan Eaton, Ben Eine, PichiAvo, Okuda San Miguel, Pokras Lampas, Faith47, WK Interact, Faust, Haculla were challenged to create on the fa\u00e7ade of the same building. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53780\" src=\"http:\/\/www.travel-advisor.eu\/go\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_20181230_121130_659-e1558441131432.jpg\" alt=\"The largest work of art in the center of Moscow\" width=\"800\" height=\"639\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Over the course of 4 months, the walls of Moscow\u2019s Atrium Mall were transformed into a sprawling canvas of unbridled artistic expression. As a result, the location has now become Moscow\u2019s primary street art destination, drawing thousands of spectators and art lovers on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Artrium\u2019s mission is to acquaint the public with current street art from around the world and to inspire a creative environment for new cultural exploits.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53786\" src=\"http:\/\/www.travel-advisor.eu\/go\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_20181230_121125_342-e1558441175335.jpg\" alt=\"The largest work of art in the center of Moscow\" width=\"800\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe true vocation of art is to serve as an open means of expression, communication and empowerment, focus on a wide audience, and not only on high-brow connoisseurs and frequent visitors to galleries and museums. Names of participants will be announced on a weekly basis on Artrium\u2019s Instagram.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PARTICIPANTS IN PROJECT ARTRIUM 2018:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SHEPARD FAIREY, USA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ART IS THE HAMMER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the most influential and recognizable street artists of the planet, the author of graffiti Obey and Hope. His Moscow work is inspired by the famous Brecht slogan: \u201c<em>Art is not a mirror reflecting reality, but a hammer that forges it.\u201d <\/em>This is his first large scale work in Russia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.streetartbio.com\/shepard-fairey\">www.streetartbio.com\/shepard-fairey<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53811\" src=\"http:\/\/www.travel-advisor.eu\/go\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Felipe_Pantone-e1558441490698.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"421\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>FELIPE PANTONE, SPAIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DATA FALL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CHROMO DYNAMICS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An artist whose works are easily recognizable by \u201cfragmented\u201d geometric compositions with bright color accents. In addition to painting on the facade, Pantone created his first public art object \u2014 a 24-meter installation <em>\u201cData Fountain<\/em>\u201d located in the central hall of the Atrium. This installation is one of the largest sculptures of 2018.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.felipepantone.com\/\">www.felipepantone.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tristan Eaton, USA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TOWER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Known for his unique aesthetic that blends elements of Pop culture, Eaton has been a favourte of New York\u2019s MoMA curators for a while. He has completed two large scale works at Artrium. The first, is a massive portrait of a futuristic space man, the second, a sprawling spire that showcases a woman\u2019s portrait, fused with classical Russian cultural elements.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tristaneaton.com\/\">www.tristaneaton.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>WK Interact, France<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4 PEACE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A New York based, French artist who adheres to the status of incognito and does not advertise his real name. One of his most famous works \u2014 <em>Brave<\/em> \u2014 is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11 in the United States. As part of Artrium, <strong>WK Interact<\/strong> created the mural of <strong>4 PEACE<\/strong>. .<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wkinteract.com\/\">www.wkinteract.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>HACULLA, USA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>UNTITLED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Professional skater and fashion designer,<strong> Haculla,<\/strong> the most traditional and most brutal street art artist in the Artrium collection. His style of \u201ckeep going till they catch you\u201d is literally imbued with the spirit of the streets of New York, and the work is performed according to the classical laws of the genre. Today, his creations and paintings are sold in the most elite areas of world megacities, and you can see his painting in Moscow on the exit of the underground parking lot of Atrium.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.haculla.com\/\"><strong>https:\/\/www.haculla.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>POKRAS LAMPAS, RUSSIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MAZE OF THE ATRIUM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Calligrafuturist and the only Russian participant in the project, <strong>Pokras Lampas<\/strong> created a piece titled \u201cMaze of the Atrium\u201d located at the main entrance to the building. \u00a0. According to the author\u2019s artistic plan, this part of the building is presented as a rhythmic architectural form, resembling a labyrinth, in the very heart of this microcosm, people from all over the world meet with various cultural codes and stories. The painting hides the keywords that unite us all: \u0124\u00d8\u146d\u03a3 \/ \u01410\u01b2\u03a3 \/ \u00c7\u1587\u039e\u0410\u535e\u03a3 \u2018Hope, Love, Create\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pokraslampas.com\/\">https:\/\/pokraslampas.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>PICHIAVO, SPAIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>FAITH HOPE LOVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Spanish duo of artists are the authors of the work <strong>\u201cFaith. Hope. His bright typographic style is designed to show that street art is different from graffiti. He believes that \u201cstreet artists want to add something to the environment. They have regard for their viewers.\u201d. His work can be found around the world and not only on walls. <strong>Okuda<\/strong> works a lot with entire buildings and interiors, complementing the painting with his own sculptures. One of his most large-scale and famous works is the abandoned Spanish church named the Temple of Chaos, which has become a new icon of modern art. In her work, she is trying to disarm the strategies of global politics, protecting everyone\u2019s right to personal freedom. <strong>Faith47<\/strong> works with various forms and tasks, including projection mapping, video installations, printing, and drawings.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/faith47.com\/biography\/\">https:\/\/faith47.com\/biography\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>FAUST<\/strong>,<strong> USA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>KEEP YOUR WORD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Faust<\/strong> is an innovative and influential graffiti artist from New York. He became recognizable by integrating classic design elements into modern urban aesthetics, challenging how most people see and perceive graffiti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faust<\/strong> was named one of the top 20 graffiti artists you need to know right now, according to Juxtapoz magazine, New Yorker&#8217;s published his works in Stars of Calligraphy, and Paper Magazine named him among the most influential young artists in New York.
