The Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area in Ski amade unites the famous ski mountains of Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm to create an offer unique in all of Austria: 123 piste kilometers along 44 modern gondolas and ski lifts for non-stop winter enjoyment. Five other small-yet-extraordinary ski resorts add perfect finishing touches to skiing enjoyment in the Schladming-Dachstein Region.
Hauser Kaibling has “The loveliest slopes” and it is the truth. Slopes of this mountain are among the best prepared in Austria. In addition, the ski guests can expect the brand new XXL Funslope which guarantees fun and action for all ages.
To ski on Planai is to follow in the footsteps of world champions. After hosting two alpine skiing World Cups ( in 2013 and 1982), Planai is known as the Worl Cup Mountain of the international sporting scene.
Hochwurzen is action night and day. An ultra-modern 10 seater gondola lift can transport up to 2.500 people per hour to the top of the mountain. Slopes with varying degrees of difficulty has made a name for itself as a family skiing mountain.
Reiteralm is located on the western edge of Scladming,s 4 Mountain ski link. It has been acknowledged as the training mountain for the elite of the skiing world. It is the only skiing region in Europe to receive the Triple Gold award of excellence in international ski area assessments.
Passengers on the new Planai lift can look forward to barrier-free boarding and exiting larger cabins with ultramodern design and optimized ticketing areas. The cabins consists mainly of glass along with individual wood and leather seats.
